A cost plan is used as a way of controlling the estimated costs during the design and construction phases of a project. Tendering

For construction works, the purpose of the tender is to select a contractor to construct the works on the basis of best value for money. Bank Funding Reports

When a financial institution is funding a construction project, they are often taking on more risk than the developer. Bank often ask for Reg Quantity Surveyor’s report showing project budget with detailed breakdown and previously paid and cost to complete based drawdowns during the progress of the project till completion. We offer our services to prepare full bank lending reports together with drawdown certification reports based on staged progress on site.

Expert Advisor & Engineer to Contract

Disputes can occur in construction contracts and then parties required a Registered Quantity Surveyor to analyse the causes of the dispute and assist both parties by explaining them their contractual obligations and rights. An expert adviser is appointed by an instructing party to assist in the development and crafting of a party’s claim or defence. They do not have an overriding duty to the court. Insurance Reinstatement Estimates

QS Consultants can assist you with insurance claims estimates considering all trades included in a Reinstatement Estimate for Insurance Purposes, used as basis for your insurance amount in existing policy.
